~select "Horizontal Type Tool "

~ choose "stendi std " as the font style

~select " Set Foreground Colour " for the wording colour

~ use "Dodge Tool " to make the words look clearer

~choose " Rectangle Tool " to make a rectangle behind the  words

~ use the  " Colour Picker " to pick the colour of rectangle
~put the logo in

~widen the rectangle

step 5 ~ Editing background

step 5 - Edit the background
~to make the image look blur,go to Filter,choose Blur and Radial Blur
~Adjust the amount to 10,blur method will be 'Zoom'

~here is the image after being blurred

                               

                                               ~use  "Rectangular Marquee Tool " to select the image

                             

                                                        ~Choose "Gradient Tool" to adjust the gradient of the image

~move the image to background

step1 to step 4

step 1 - create a new layer
~go to File,select New then select the preset as international paper
~Choose the size as A4

step 2 - select background photo
~go to File,select Open to choose the preffered image

step 3 - Edit image size
~go to Image,select Image Size

~this is the image size after being edited

step 4 - Duplicate a new layer
~go to Layer,select New then choose Layer and Copy
